Payment terms

  • To participate in the library project, a deposit of 30% of the total fee is payable within 7 days of acceptance of your application. The remainder of the payment must be paid at least 60 days before the start date of your placement. Failure to make the balance of payment at least 60 days prior to your start date will result in the loss of your placement and deposit without exception.
  • If your placement starts in less than 60 days from the date of your booking, payment in full is required immediately upon acceptance.
  • Information as to how and where to send deposit and balance payments will be sent to you upon receipt and review of your application.
  • The down payment and balance payment can be done via bank transfer. All bank fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the bank fee for each transfer is approximately $25 and will be charged to the customer's account at the time of arrival.
  • Volunteer placement can only be organized once the deposit is received.
  • Language course and homestay placement can only be reserved once the deposit is received.
